I share your view,Smith1960. However, considering the company's current financial position, it is too riskyto wait for assay results to do the capital raise. If the CR is at or above 1cent, we cannot complain. It is also important to see who the investors are. Ifthey are quality investors, we should do well post CR. By the way, the goldprice is marching towards USD 1900 per ounce—a perfect time to announce goodassay results.
