According to AFR DDR is buyiing part of 'Hills'. Hills is on the ASX with a tiny market cap. Doesn't seem to be performing very well with revenue dropping over the last few years. I trust DD has a plan to turn things around. Even if DDR bought out the entire business, it won't be a significant compared to DDRs scale.
