Listed renewable energy play (Genex) was pitching investors for $40 million on Monday morning to fund its Bouldercombe Project, where it’s working with Tesla.
The institutional placement was priced at 15¢ share, an 11.8 per cent discount to the last close. It would be followed by a share purchase plan capped at $10 million.
