Hi @csadeev ...a couple of points.

1. JV partner equals less revenue. A couple of islanding/extreme weather events will materially benefit Genex.
2. Conversely, it would have been anticipated the share price to rise following our Tesla PPA/autobidder arrangement. It did not and both omicron, a market downturn, and Russia have played their role in depressing the Genex share price.
3. Probably not. I imagine the holders who purchased at 8 cents in 2020 are still relatively happy. My point was to illustrate that our cornerstone shareholder probably wouldn't agree to Genex being acquired at a loss
4. Many were invested for the JV flip/hydro financial close

Simon is still a major holder and held his shares for a very long time.
