    After more time thinking I think these are 2 separate things. That plan on the floatation circuit was them before this offer came in. That is them making reasonable plays within conservative budget estimates. This is something new.

    Also interesting that PEX who have claims nearby also entered a trading halt yesterday. Get the conspiracy hats out boys.
