Do you not think we already would be over 40c right now without the CR? People are afraid to buy much higher than 30c now because of the potential avalanche of these bro-traders "hurr durr made 20% in 20 days bro".
Either way silver has barely moved and it hasn't moved in a way which signals the "pile into silver". We are close though. If what comes out of COMEX next month is pointing in the right direction it is going to be on.
