If you were an institution six months ago knowing pumps had failed and not knowing having the pumps off could possibly mean water refilling the wells, would you have participated in a cap raise?? the answer in No. Now knowing the bigger pumps are successfully reducing the water levels, showings of gas similar to prior pressures and increasing everyday. Would you participate now??
let’s not kid ourselves we know gas is there. And so do they. That’s why we have a CR today.
