Dont post often, but have been a holder for a long time.
Caught of guard with this ANN regarding the CR.

Dont think they need the cash just yet.

Someone clearly wants in at the cheap price. There are posts every day about how 'under valued' ROX is.
A big fish has done the math is taking advantage of the cheap price.

Usually CR are can be bad news - but, will see who is actually buying. Only facts so far are:

1. ROX dont need the money (yet) but perhaps been offered a large sum
2. CR not for retail - only Institutional (maybe they'll throw us something)

Any estimates for what is being offered. I'll go with $6M - 15M shares at 40c (9.5% discount, to 5 day VWAP)
