Even if it isn't a proposal to mine the CR will add cash to the kitty and dispel any concerns over tight budgeting.
The CR has been on the table for a while now and can explain why the SP has been trending sideways on low volume for a while. The market has been waiting for this imo
after a short retrace I'm expecting it to reach levels higher than the previous break out.
On technical levels it still needs a bit of time to play out unless the news puts a rocket under it and the 50MA crosses the 200 putting us back into a bullish trend.
