This is a very minor issue. It happens all the time, even with companies who are far larger than BUD. The answer is simple: The Company will apply to the Court for orders under section 1322 of the Corporations Act providing for an extension of time to lodge the newly produced cleansing prospectus and deem it to be effective from the Issue Dates.
As long as there has not been significant movement in the relevant securities then no one will be affected. There will probably be a temporary suspension of trading in BUD (after the TH) while the results come back from the court. The worst that can happen is indeed a slap on the wrist. There is no need to over dramatise the issue.
