As long as there has not been significant movement in the relevant securities then no one will be affected. There will probably be a temporary suspension of trading in BUD (after the TH) while the results come back from the court. The worst that can happen is indeed a slap on the wrist. There is no need to over dramatise the issue.

The underlying cause and effect is not minor, it is however, simply par for the DM course. An ever growing dossier of evidence proving his incompetence to hold the role of MD of an ASX listed company.
