    Oh QXR that's just rubbish. I will wait to see the cap raising price but it must be in the 3's and wait to see what these details are in regards to the Memorandum. I've said and stand by what I have said that a cap raising under at least somewhere in the 4's is not acceptable. So for just this moment in time, until I see the details, I am considering this a bit of a cuck up.

    Hope it's better than my first thoughts.
