SO4 also had $70m cash when they went into administration according to June 2021 books.
You need to look at the debt in proportion to that cash, and also the liklihood of that debt being repaid in time in accordance with the loan contract.
So simply looking at cash balance does not secure KLL from falling into administration like SO4 did.
