William you are quoting yourself as a OWNER of the company and making demands . Like myself your holding in the big picture is insignificant as far as being able to claim your a owner .We are shareholders and small at that . If AVR was to offer options in any form to share holders it would need to be to all SIO included. In doing so we would encounter massive dilution . WP said over a yr ago he would be looking at minimal dilution for shareholders in his dealings and that’s exactly what he’s doing .Just because your a LTH doesn’t mean your shares give you more privilege than a share holder who’s held for 1 week A share is a share is a share no difference .
