Hey Mate,

You have to be a "professional and sophisticated investor" to participate in a raise so every raise is supported by professional and sophisticated investors. I participated in the last one too.

It really just means you meet certain financial requirements so that if you get into a raise and lose money, the broker can say you understood the risks.

I also got scaled back to 60% so it seems thats been done across the board.

People can downramp all they want about the history of the stock but this is a spec stock, often there isnt much excitement or movement in the shareprice until they have a breakthrough with one or in this case a couple of their projects. First the graphite and now very promising lithium results that are being followed up by drilling.

The company has turned the corner and things are looking promising. Nothing is guaranteed as with all spec stocks but I for one am more than happy to take a punt on this one, I think the risk vs reward is very attractive.
