I can swallow this given the current climate and BRK's track record show that they have done this cause there is something already lined up, like a rig for flames. A missed opportunity to secure a rig would be disastrous for us. I just hope CPS gets paid back in cash, I will be extremely pissed if they get more shares to just dump on us again.
But then again from what I understand, it puts the ball is in the shareholder's court now. We don't want CPS to get any shares... well we better exercise our options then.
