If you invest in non producing resource stocks you need to expect cap raises at regular intervals. It's how the money is used that's important. VMY has been very prudent with its cap raises in recent years.
VMY has far more upside without DYL and any experienced investor will know the reason why. I'm not going to explain it for those that don't understand.
