Favre, you make some good points. It is quite likely that a major package to explain the strategy will be announced. In fact it should be a necessity.

There has been a suggestion that there could be a dual listing but I would think the market cap would need to be significantly higher before listing on the NASDAQ.

If there was an attempt at a take-over, I for one would not be selling unless forced to do so & I would hope most long term shareholders do likewise.

I will be looking for future dividends which will probably start with return of capital because initial dividends would not be franked.
