They will initially need some extra staff to work with each different airline for submitting plans to FAA for each different model plane. This will be a considerable workload although some preparation
I do not think that is correct as the AMOC for each approval will contain very specific process rules and "each" airline will have to follow that process exactly.
There will be a need for sales staff to agree terms with airlines
and
MRO or maintenance engineering units to be trained in CVM installation but Not "all airlines" as only the bigger outfits maintain their own aircraft
If, and I stress the "if" individual airlines wish to use CVM for applications other than the current WiFi dome and 737 APB then maybe SMN need someone to discuss the matter but I think that will be existing engineering staff.
