Yeh Ive been following a few biotechs too and their results haven't been too flash (MSB springs to mind)

I think it is still rare to have amazing results

Personally, I think the OSA results will be good but not amazingly good

If I had to guess, I think the trial will show these the meds show improvement in AHI for OSA, but not to the extent of using CPAP machines

Then it will be up to the market to decide what % of ppl cannot tolerate masks etc and what TAM it is

Just speculation of course

Best case scenario would be it shows better efficacy than CPAP & minimal side effects
