My opinion on this - we could very well receive an update on this quite soon, as it would make complete sense to align any/all pertinent IHL-42X announcements into a condensed time frame to maximise interest in the program.
I also do not believe the company would bother proceeding with US Pre-IND meeting packages if they weren't bullish on the efficacy of the drug in question (on top of the other bullish signs, being: setting up US network, converting options with their own hard earned etc).
