Correct PP. This is nothing new, nothing really that shows they have money. Like you, I was thinking that perhaps they found a way to prove me wrong and that they have funded Cadlao. Nandino is exploratory (not even appraisal). Cadlao is development. How come they could not get Blue Sky to go into that?. Why choose Nandino? I do not know one serious enterprise that would choose Nandino over Cadlao.
