Kairos Minerals Ltd (ASX: KAI) (Kairos or Company) hereby gives notice to shareholders that it has received
notices under sections 203D and 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) signed by the Requisitioning
Shareholders) (who state that they collectively hold at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at a general
meeting of the Company) requesting that the Company call and arrange to hold a general meeting to consider
resolutions concerning:
• the removal of Mr Terry Topping as a director;
• the removal of Mr Bruno Seqenue as a director;
• the appointment of Mr Philip Coulson as a director; and
• the appointment of Mr Zane Lewis as a director,
(the Proposed Resolutions).
