My gut feel is that they have identified another potential acquisition.
It doesn't quite make sense to have over $40m in the bank at this stage as they already had enough funds for the drill programmes at both Marble Bar and Manna.
Of course, it's always good to raise money at favourable terms but something tells me there may be more news flow coming our way.
