this is a very tightly held co that pays nothing to its Directors.this has all the feel of putting money in the can to pay for the right to use tech.most licenses involve an upfront fee followed by a fee per unit etc. I expect news on the license to follow soon.
They spend money like its their own $ so it has a specific purpose.
