the company doesn't get the cash if they buy on market like you and me, it goes to the seller.
This is selling a small stake in this company with excellent potential to a large investor with the funds going to Melbana, presumably for development acceleration. A good thing for everyone if they can let go of their pride and ego in thinking that they are on the inner circle of decision making and feel jilted when someone smarter and more knowledgeable makes a call that surprised them.
