You really need to do some more work on understanding how placements, capital raisings, IPO's, rights issues and options work.
If you're saying the you have $85K in MAY (I'm just making an assumptionit's that what you're saying) wouldn't a few more at a discount or the ability to sell your entitlement on market be attractive ?
