I think you will find that drilling has met expectations. I think you will also find that they likely intended to underttake the capital raising before the webinar last Wednesday. It was clear to me back then that the webinar presentation to was prepare the market for what was unfolding so everyone could comprehend the importance of what they were seeing. Even then some are clearly failing to see it...
They have oil- lots, close to the surface as a pure bonus on what they envisaged was there. We havent even seen the motherload estimates yet but will soon. I reckon they were justified in raisng capital, Guaranteed it wont be to buy cuban cigars (yet) but you will be able to light a billion of them from the hydrocarbon flaring!
