The answer to this question is perhaps contingent on your definition of success.
If by success you mean delivering enduring shareholder value in a legal, ethical and inclusive manner, which is sufficiently open and transparent with its shareholders, then the Board and management would have my full support.
My question would be whether decisions by the Board and management would withstand independent review against director and fiduciary obligations under the Corporations Act, and whether the books would withstand a forensic audit.
