and mungarie is close to 2 major population centres & a Ni refinery will produce 2MTpa carbon & sulphur dioxide pollution like Kwinana does so without fresh sea air like kwinana any Ni refinery there will create intolerable air pollution & turn it into Beijing type industrial air.

i can't see any sane person allowing it to go there.
even a blowie would avoid it.

however 45km north away from the centres & downwind at BS would be ideal, it may create air pollution at BS if too close hence why i stated south east 3km away.

industrial parks near populations are a very bad idea, better to use it for gold melting or gold processing than a refinery.
