100% agree risky,
money will be for PBT to develop,
the use of POS is to add window dressing to it for prior to th election
we will still benefit from getting more $$ for our product
and the media exposure
this plant will be many years away before we get to use it
so let's stick to the plan PH and fill the mill first!
then in five years we can use the PBT set up
