I dont know this project specifically, but i remeber a interview Duncan gave a few months ago and was asked if he would be willing to purchase nearby uranium project to honeymoon.
He stated that these projects would never get a export license due to the proximity to honeymoon, so he isnt worried about competition from then, that he would prefer to do spend more money on drilling fleshing out the honeymoon deposit.
Now if those deposits cant export hopefully Boss can pick them up reaaaaalll cheap in the future.
