It's the right price for a cap raise during the volatility. The right thing to do for start-up as well. (The last thing you want to do during teething problems in a startup is go to the market in weakness looking like going broke).
BOE doing almost everything right. (Almost not to Jinx it).
I think I will dip into my pocket.
