My understanding is that $5 000 000 will be raised through a SPP where existing holders (you and me) will be eligible to apply for up to $20,000 worth of shares.
We wait for dates and application forms to be distributed to shareholders. In other SPP that I have participated you are usually guaranteed a certain number of shares for example 1 for 10 shares you currently hold but can apply for more.
