Be sure to check your address and payment details. I hope this pic helps people unsure of where to look once logged in and selected Boss Energy.
I have received refund cheques from other scaled back SPP which meant a delay in waiting for the post, then having to go to the bank and waiting a further 3 business days to be cleared.
This can be problematic if you don't have extra funds available to buy on the market if waiting for your scaled back refund.
