Really a bit annoyed at only $5m being allowed for SPP - the placement simple lines the pockets of "Sophisticates" and their "broker" parasites who get their inflated fees. Hope that they will allow "over subscriptions" but have my doubts since it's all to easy for BOE to keep the brokers on side and be certain of the funds from the placement falling into their coffers (and the brokers making their 4% - 5% of the placement for doing very little). To me shows scorn for retail SH - very disappointing.
