    Was thinking the same too, I like to consider both positive and negative scenarios. Based on previous ann’s, if it were drilling complications you’d think it would read something along the lines of “relating to Alameda-1 drilling progress” but they use “in relation to the drilling programme at Block-9”……which makes me think Sin Nickel is on the money.??
