Capital Raise.Shree Minerals Limited herewith requests a trading halt of its securities to commence from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 22nd March 2022 pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the release of the relevant announcement or commencement of normal trading on Thursday 24th March 2022.
