When PLL tells you roughly how much of this raising is to bring NAL back online producing SC6, SYA needs 3X that amount to cover their share .... say it was US$15M .... SYA bill is US$45M .... or around AUD$60M which at a CR price of say AUD$0.15 is another 400M shares added (on top of the 400M+ options etc outstanding) ... you'll be at 8B SoI in no time.
SYA only had AUD$30M in cash 12/31/2021 .... hmmm what does that tell you?
