The wording is completely compatible with IHL potentially selling an asset. It is still appropriate to refer to it as a potential acquisition transaction because it refers to terminology everyone is familiar with when an entity buys IP under development. That's an 'acquisition', rather than a 'sale'.
We speak of Mergers and Acquisitions as opposed to Mergers and Sales...

Anyway, we're just going to have to sit tight and try not to wee ourselves for another 48 hours, aren't we...
