I really hope it is something of substance however I'm expecting nothing more than a fluffy non significant "acquisition" to subside the talk of management turnover.
Happy to be proved wrong and this is what the Cap Raise was all about.
That could possibly explain why there has been no objection (public anyway) from those who participated in the huge cap raise to the freefalling SP.
It would mean the retail investors got a bit a raw deal..
