Like i sd in a earlier comment. The weighted ave price plus 30% takeover premium placed this at $5.20. So any party would really be aiming for north of that to be in the game regardless of any bidder competion. I missed the jump from $4 but will be keener when theres a real offer on the table not just market price upping speculation.
