Macquarie, PSP bid $5 a share for Uniti Group

I imagine this is probably the media speculation being referred to...

"The bid values Uniti’s equity at $3.6 billion. Macquarie Asset Management, the infrastructure investment arm formerly called Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, and Canadian pension fund PSP are working together on the bid. Macquarie Asset Management also owns rival telecommunications infrastructure company Vocus Group."
