Material Capital Raising is when the CR is very "Significant" i.e. more than 5% .... so this is a big one a very substantial one I'd say.
either ways, Karl shouldn't be getting any more more shares as "incentives" coz he just seems like a greedy seat warmer at this stage & more needs to be done from him.
Regardless of how it pans out, given that the CR is quite significant and the greediness of Karl I feel that the sp will drop like a stone even after its done. The SOI may not make any sense IMO especially when comparing projects, exposure to minerals in the portfolio, size of tenements etc.
