It depends what the farm in decision is. If we go it alone then we will absolutely cap raise, but we won't know until Cluff's agreement is executed or not (next week)
But a cap raise from going it alone is far from the worst thing ever, because we'll be retaining 4/5 of the entire prospect as a result. It's almost preferred tbh
