It's 1pm Thursday (24th) Zim time. Midterm elections are on the Saturday (26th) and this has obviously been timed by the gov't. So I'm predicting ann by the gov't either today/tonight or Friday (Zim times)- they wouldn't do it on election day. Honestly the closer it is to elections the more important it's viewed by the gov't imo.
