Paying down debt then doing a CR? Absolutely not a normal turn of events.
Purely a guess but as others mentioned - could possibly be to someone wanting to take a bigger stake (takeover blocking?)
We just have to wait and see, but, no matter the eventual answer, "interesting" is definitely a word to use.
