Sort of struggling to think this through....
$10m debt facility can already be converted to shares.... so... I am thinking SL is doing this to make a large purchase, or... simply pay down the debt? But paying down the debt just does seem logical to me, when operations are doing that already.
Plus, the wording is definately unusual. Almost like a warning to the market....? or to another entity?
Not overly worried, though I guess I just don't like the thought of any more dilution. GCY shareholders, particularly, pre- FFR merger, simply would not want to see that at all.

I should also add, perhaps othet suitors want the balance sheet simplified..

One thing I will say for SL, he makes investings in small cap stocks, very interesting (still have to wait and see if 'interesting' means great returns, or just... interesting, and.... lose a lot of capital).
