very true voting was very very close. if in future AGM election the director stands for re-election then it will be difficult to be re-elected as i believe those who already bought more then 48% vote will be able to gather another 5% through their cousins in hong-kong and remove all existing director in future AGM through ordinary resolution voting.. IMO.
