    I don't think it matters too much, looking at the sell side today it appears that many current holders have set the sell out price at 28 - 30c. Now over 10 Mil available for purchase and that number is growing. MZ will get control of the board fairly easily, and at a much cheaper price than a formal Takeover. Clever stuff.
